Formed Sheffield Corporation in 1992 to continue the practice of assisting early stage companies but expanded the business model to include private families and individuals interested in exploiting and accessing new technologies. In addition, Sheffield, in an advisory capacity, has assisted numerous U.S. and European firms in structuring and arranging financings, mergers, and acquisitions in the U.S., Europe, and Asia.
